A couple weeks ago I was at my cousin's baptism and I was talking with my grandparents and they were telling me that they were going out to Maryland for the baptism of my twin cousins out here, and I decided that I needed a little vacation so I went home and figured everything out and bought my plane tickets the next day! I got here on Wednesday while my Mom ( she took the place of my Grandpa who wasn't feeling well), Grandma, and cousin Kimi came on Tuesday. On Thursday we went to DC and did a little sightseeing there because Kimi has never been out here before. Then on Friday we drove the 5 hours up to the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania where my cousins, Mason & Josh, got baptized. We met my aunts parents, Jim & Sharon Tate, up there, they have just finished being mission presidents for the past three years in the Birmingham, Alabama mission. They are great people and good friends of mine. I have known them since I was 10 and I sailed down the East Coast with them on their sailboat. The baptism was really cool having it be on the banks of this great river where the Aaronic Priesthood was restored.
On Saturday I rode back with the Tate's and we got to catch up. We helped them move back into their home that night. My Mom, Grandma, and Kimi left today and I leave tomorrow after a Law Society luncheon I am attending with my aunt up on Capitol Hill. I love being back here with my family. There is kind of a cool feel back here in the middle of everything. Maybe I will come spend a summer or more back here at some point in the future.

The view from Jim & Sharon's backyard. You go down these gorgeous steps to the dock where the amazing sailboats are. This is on part of the Chesapeake Bay.
Wing- the name of the boat. This is where my love of sailing and the ocean was born.
Amazing sunset.
