First horse ride of the summer!

Today Lynsee and I went on the first ride of the summer up Center Creek. It was warmer than we thought it would be and we had a lot of fun. We just kind of rode around and bush-whacked. When we got back to the trailer I realized I had lost my wallet, so then we re-hiked where we had just rode. But the good news is I found it! It was a gorgeous day and I feel very blessed to live in such an amazing place!

Life recently- and I'm bored

Until June I will spend my days playing with friends and finding my inner rockstar. I'm also getting ready for girls camp, I'm a bit of a assistant stake camp director. I have also decided to update my wardrobe. I had someone tell me that I look good in green.... so I have recently bought some new green shirts- just in case you were wondering. I also need some new jeans, so if you want to go shopping let me know and I would love to go with you.

End of school, start of summer

I haven't posted for a while- which means my life has been kinda lame lately and I have been too lazy to blog. Well school is now done and a group of us got together at Spark for a bit of a girls night to celebrate the end of the semester. It was good fun. I'm hoping to get not so lazy and blog a lot about my busy summer ahead.

Internship

For the last 40 days I have been interning for a lobbyist during the 2010 Utah Legislative Session. I have really enjoyed it, only 5 days left! I have met a lot of people and have learned a lot. I have been in multiple meeting with Governor Herbert. I haven't had a lot of time to take pictures and I didn't want to do the whole intern thing and get pictures with all the important people I have met. Recently I have been interning at the State Capitol for a lobbyist. We have been involved in many things but this is the biggest one so far. There is the above link to a video and then another video from KSL. Check them out- I'm in both of them... my 3 seconds of fame.
